Virtual Support Groups
Connect and Support
These are unprecedented times in the USA. We are facing new and different questions about how to show up for ourselves and for those we love. So many of us are feeling more threatened than ever before and in new ways. It’s a hard adjustment.
How do we do hard things? Do them together.
Support groups are not therapy, but rather a dedicated space to connect with specific community so you can be seen and supported in the unique aspects of a specific challenge. This means you are welcome to join us from anywhere, as rules of therapy licensing jurisdiction do not apply. Within group most feedback and support will be given by participants to each other. Your facilitator, Lou, is a licensed therapist and offers free follow-up consultation and referrals for any mental health concerns that arise during group that are beyond the scope of a support group.
Drop-in. Come only when you want, to just the groups that you want, and pay what you want, including nothing.

These 6-week Wellness Support Groups led by trained mental health providers or registered clinicians, are designed to help undocumented people feel less alone and more understood. The weekly virtual sessions are closed; meaning that advance registration is required, with the goal of creating a confidential space where 10-12 participants can feel grounded, find community, and share their unique experiences, challenges, and successes with one another. Check them out to see if one of the groups is right to support you.
